Each accommodation choice provides secure, homely, courtyard living and has access to a range of essential care and lifestyle services close by, including a twenty-four hour on call maintenance service, giving you that feeling of no worries.
The ingoing contribution is a single upfront payment you pay for your home this secures your lifetime lease for as long as you wish to remain living there.
The weekly general service fee covers many of the costs related to the running of any household and enables you to reside comfortably in your home, thus relieving you of the burden of ever-increasing costs.
A Deferred Management fee is held and the exit entitlement that is to be returned to you or your estate is clearly detailed in your agreement/contract. There is no “hidden” documentation, vacating or refurbishment fees that you are responsible for.
